The dress I ordered was the wrong size and I needed to exchange it urgently. The customer service team could not have been more helpful with attempting to get a new dress to me in time for the event and then processing a refund once I had received the new dress. Outstanding customer service and the dress was lovely when it arrived. Shipping to NZ takes longer than the 10 working days so allow time for that.
